Yes, a dedicated Event Captain/Night of Coordinator will be present during your entire event to oversee all details, and our full staff will be available to meet any request throughout the event and cater to the newlyweds all night!

We guarantee that you and your vendors will have access to the event space 2 hours before the start time.

Yes, all set up and clean up are included in the all-inclusive package. We also provide a complimentary hour of decorating to set up any personal touches you may want to add.

Your Sales Manager & Event Details Specialist will work with you to select from our all-inclusive menu options, and our Executive Chef is happy to help customize menu options for you as well! We also provide your vendors meals & accommodate dietary restriction.

Yes! We have three beautiful ceremony spaces or there is an option to host your ceremony in your ballroom.

Our ceremony spaces are separate spaces & require a separate cost. Your Sales Manager will work with you to help include this as a part of your customized all-inclusive package.

At this time our ceremony spaces are only reserved for couples hosting their reception at The Madison Event Center.

Ceremonies are reserved for a one-hour time frame with the first half-hour for seating & the second half-hour for your ceremony.

No, the dance floors are specifically positioned in each ballroom on opposite ends of the building to make sure that it does not happen! In addition to several of our rooms being located on their own floor.

The Madison Event Center and Madison South are conveniently located in historic downtown Covington, KY., with easy access from I-75, I-71, I-275 and downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.

Yes. In fact, there is ample complimentary parking available in the 7th Street Garage, and is available 24/7. In addition, valet service is available on Friday & Saturday evenings at Madison North, provided by Hotel Covington, charges may vary. (parking)

We The beautiful [Hotel Covington] is a sister company, and is located just across the street from Madison North. Also within walking distance (six blocks to the north) are an Embassy Suites and Marriott. There are numerous other choices a short 10-15 minute drive away in Northern Kentucky and downtown Cincinnati.

Our Operations Manger is on site to monitor the venue for things like: smoking in designated smoking areas, children are monitored by adult supervision, no outside alcohol is consumed by guests, and general venue concerns and safety issues.

Yes, One complimentary hour of set up by The Madison staff for your decorations is provided. The Madison does not allow confetti, rice, or sand in our lobby areas or ballrooms. Due to fire code it is against policy to bring in fog, smoke machine devices or candles without enclosed holders (must exceed the length of the flame).

The Madison provides complimentary coat check to guests October-March.

Yes, both of our buildings have ramp entrances along with elevators to access all floors.

The Madison does not store items for a later pick up from outside vendors or personal decorations from your event.

Overnight valet and daily valet are available. Overnight parking is $20 per vehicle and daily parking is $8 per vehicle. If you prefer to self-park there is a parking garage in the back of the hotel with a daily rate of $5.
